Fruit (dragon) Juice for Cancer




Dragon fruits Juice :



Dragon fruit became very popular in this decade because of its fuction like the circulatory system, also gives the
effect of reducing the emotional pressures and neutralize toxic in the
blood. Research also shows this fruit can prevent colon cancer

Materialto make juice:

* 1 / 2 of Dragon fruit
* 3 oranges
* 3 tablespoons of honey
* Ice cubes to taste

How to make:

1. Dragon fruit peeled , sliced then take a quarter of fruit
2. Blend Then another quarter fruit
3. Halve the orange and lemon juice, then mix into the blender
4. Enter honey and ice cubes and mix to taste
5. Pour the juice into a cup and sprinkled with boxes of dragon fruit
6. As a final dressing, garnish with lime wedges.

Purple Fruit and Vegetables Inhibit Cancers








Ellagic acid inhibits cancer cell

Consuming fruits or vegetables with purple colors we will get the Anthocyianine we already knows that anthocyanine have a good function in controlling heart disease but also will get a compound ellagic acid

Ellagic acid is a phenol structure was first discovered in the 1960s known has an ability to prevent blood clotting process.

Further in 70s to 80s began many ellagic acid researched and proved that it significantly inhibit the growth of several types of tumors.

Research conducted by Dr D Nixon of the Medical University of South Carolina (1993) demonstrated the ability Ellagic acid can fight and prevent cancer cell growth and stop the process of Mitosis (cell proliferation)

We already discussed that ellagic acid has the ability to reduce the effects of estrogen in promoting breast cancer cell growth

Besides Ellagic acid content, purple fruit also contain salicylates, which showed close correlation between the consumption of salicylates with infected risk of heart attack.
